Our UCL dept. used your team for formatting about 6 months ago so I was recommended by a colleague. The formatting was done really well. My tables didn't line up and the graphs Ian created were much better to be honest. Would recommend to anyone in UCL again.
I thought the application service was detailed and professional but I think I would have liked more Zoom meetings with Ronan. I have already received positive responses from my Swiss option and one French option. My feedback is that I liked the package as a whole though.

My feedback is positive, for sure. The literature review was very well written. Finding primary sources in Anthropology is always hard so Richard did a very good job. I requested 5,000 now so my supervisor can review it and then I will ask Richard for the other 5,000 words in probably 10-20 days.

My manuscript was crafted to a high level, I must say. The panel I am working with has tried a few different services but I think this one is the best so far. The service was easy to contact, easy to work with and my Project Manager and academic were very nice to our team. I will be back for sure.
Thanks for your message. I would say the application service was very good. There are 9 steps to consider so I think other customers should know that the service takes about 8 weeks. The Zoom calls really make the difference as we are engaging with the service due to us not being able to apply with all the hurdles we face with applications. The last step (interview prep) was probably most important I would say.

If I am being honest, I thought the stylistic editing was too in-depth. The editor did a lot more work than I asked for so I am not sure if that is a good thing or... The edits were good, just maybe too much for my supervisors. I will WhatsApp you soon.
