Rest assured that your documents will also be kept safely and confidentially, and all of your communications kept private. If you're ever in doubt, speak with one of our dedicated consultants who will be more than happy to help.

Can I pay in instalments for my order?

Yes, there are many flexible ways to pay for our PhD services. PayPal offers a three-instalment plan for orders between £30 and £2,000, with the first payment made at the point of purchase and the other two payments spaced evenly over two months. Through our partnership with Klarna, you can also choose interest-free payment options for projects up to £4,000. If Klarna or PayPal aren’t available in your country, or if you would prefer another option, we can arrange a personalised instalment plan. Just speak with your Academic Consultant to set up a plan that works for you.

Can I speak with my academic?

Of course. You can speak with your academic as and when you require it if you request the upgrade for direct contact when you order. This is one of the upgrades we offer as part of our PhD support services to foster effective collaboration between you and your academic.
